Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Task Aide (“we,” “us,” “our”). By engaging our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Services Provided

​

TaskAide provides virtual assistant services including, but not limited to:

  • Administrative support

  • Diary and email management

  • Customer service

  • Data entry

  • Website updates

  • Lead generation

Services may be customised based on your requirements.

Service Packages & Retainers

​

We offer several service packages (e.g., Starter, Supporter, Pro Partner, Executive) with a set number of hours per month. Any unused hours are rolled over to the following month.

Ad hoc services are available at a fixed hourly rate. Custom packages can be discussed on request.

Payments

​

  • All services are invoiced following the work carried out.

  • Payment terms are 7 days.

  • Monthly retainers are billed on the 1st of each month.

  • Payment methods accepted: Bank transfer

  • Late payments may result in paused services until the balance is cleared.

Cancellations & Refunds

​

  • You may cancel a retainer plan with at least 14 days' notice before the next billing cycle.

  • No refunds are provided for unused hours or partially completed work.

  • For ad hoc services, cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled work may be subject to a charge.

Client Responsibilities

​

  • You agree to provide all necessary access, information, and materials required to complete tasks.

  • You are responsible for ensuring any data or materials shared do not violate third-party rights or applicable laws.

​

Confidentiality

​

We treat all client information as strictly confidential. We will not disclose or use your data for any purpose other than delivering the agreed services.

​

Data Protection

​

Task Aide complies with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Please see our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is handled.

​

Intellectual Property

​

All work created during the service (documents, designs, etc.) remains the property of the client once payment has been received in full, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

​

Liability

​

While we aim for accuracy and reliability, TaskAide shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the past 30 days.

​

Availability

​

We operate Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (UK time), excluding public holidays. Requests outside these hours will be handled during business hours unless otherwise agreed.

​

Changes to These Terms

​

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via email and published on our website.

​

Governing Law

​

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
